Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Superior Moving & Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Moving Services

Superior Moving & Storage provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to:

• Local and long-distance moving
• Packing and unpacking services
• Storage solutions
• Specialty item moving
• Commercial and office relocations

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual items moved, additional services requested, and conditions encountered during the move. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Ensure all items are properly packed or request packing services
• Remove prohibited items from shipment (see Non-Allowed List)
• Ensure clear access at both origin and destination
• Be present or have a representative present during the move
• Pay for services as agreed

Liability and Insurance

Superior Moving & Storage is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Basic liability coverage is included with every move. Additional valuation coverage is available for purchase. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Prohibited Items

Certain items cannot be transported by our moving crews for safety and legal reasons. Please review our Non-Allowed List for a complete list of prohibited items.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through our internal claims process. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through arbitration in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
